How to Become More Resilient in the Face of Adversity

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks and challenges. It’s the ability to cope with stress and adversity and to keep going even when things are tough.

Everyone experiences adversity at some point in their lives. It could be a job loss, a death in the family, a natural disaster, or even just a bad day. When faced with adversity, some people crumble, while others find the strength to keep going.
