ED Treatment for Florida Men
FDA-approved sildenafil and tadalafil. Florida-licensed clinician. Cash-pay, individualized care.
Erectile dysfunction is a clinical condition — not a lifestyle inconvenience. At Moxie Wellness, your ED evaluation goes beyond a checkbox form. Dr. Howard conducts a comprehensive telehealth assessment that examines cardiovascular health, hormonal status, medication interactions, and psychological factors — because ED is frequently a signal of underlying metabolic or vascular health that deserves proper clinical attention. Treatment is individualized, evidence-based, and calibrated to your physiology — not a one-size-fits-all prescription. This is boutique men's health with the clinical rigor of a Johns Hopkins-trained provider.
How it works
- Complete the intake — 10-minute online questionnaire.
- Clinical review — by a Florida-licensed clinician. Fla. Stat. § 456.47 permits async telehealth; video available if you or your clinician prefer.
- Prescription to your pharmacy — Cost Plus Drugs or any pharmacy you choose.

What we don't do
- No mark-ups on medication.
- No compounded combinations.
- No same-day prescription claims. Clinical review takes 24 hours typically.
- No long-term commitments.
Do not take sildenafil, tadalafil, or any PDE5 inhibitor if you take nitrates for chest pain (including nitroglycerin) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (e.g., riociguat). The combination can cause a serious, life-threatening drop in blood pressure.
Seek immediate medical attention for: an erection lasting longer than 4 hours (priapism); sudden vision loss; sudden hearing loss; chest pain, irregular heartbeat, or signs of allergic reaction.
Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, and back pain.
Who qualifies
PDE5 inhibitors are appropriate for most men with erectile dysfunction. A Florida-licensed clinician will review your medical history and confirm appropriateness.
- Currently take nitrates for chest pain
- Currently take riociguat or other guanylate cyclase stimulators
- Have had a recent heart attack or stroke (within the last 2 weeks)
